HELPING EACH OTHER MAKES FOR A BETTER WORLD
A group of like minded women started a non-profit in April 2020 to respond to community needs.
AAMAAL was launched virtually, because of ongoing pandemic, and against all odds has successfully completed multiple projects including social welfare projects as well as establishing educational scholarships to allow young students to complete their education, become self sufficient and in turn pay it forward.
In Arabic ‘Amal’ means “hope or aspiration”. In Hebrew it is “to labor” and in Urdu it signifies “doing a good deed”. AAMAAL is the plural of ‘Amal’.
Food Insecurity
AAMAAL conducts regular food drives where vulnerable communities are provided packages designed to overcome their food insecurity.
Childrens Advocacy
We believe children are the future. We partner with Children Advocacy programs and local organizations to support the wellbeing and success of children and their families.
Education
The best way to help communities become self sufficient is by educating their youth. AAMAAL has established various scholarships to help deserving students.
